“The key to good health and an active lifestyle is the ability to move. A person’s ability to walk, run and jump can change their entire lifestyle…their metabolism, circulation, heart health, lung capacity, brain function, insulin requirements and of course their weight. Keeping my patient’s legs and feet healthy, strong and pain free is essential for achieving their health goals and living long, happy lives. As I always say…two healthy feet just make you feel good all over”
