LeRoy Courseault

LeRoy Courseault began his construction career at South Central Bell in New Orleans LA, shortly after receiving a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1978.

In 1984, LeRoy relocated to Atlanta, GA to join AT&T’s corporate real department as a Construction Project Manager.  In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of AT&T’s facilities throughout the Southeast.

In 1995, LeRoy founded Courseault Commercial, Inc. (CCI).  As president of CCI, LeRoy has led the company to be the preferred contractor for several major corporations and federal agencies from coast to coast with concentrated efforts in Georgia and Louisiana.  CCI currently employs 13 associates in Atlanta and New Orleans and generates revenues of about $5,000,000.

CCI is a Licensed General Contractor in several states as well as a Real Estate Broker in Georgia. LeRoy is a past Board Member of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and current serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Development Initiative.

LeRoy is a native of New Orleans and resident of Atlanta for 27 years.  He and his wife Denise have two sons in Tulane Medical School, Jacques and Jaeson.
